| Water has the ability to portray movement in a garden, and to reflect its surroundings. These abilities enable water to enhance the beauty of anything planted in or near it. Many plants thrive in or near water, and among these may be found some of the most colorful, attractive and interesting of plants. The Andromeda Botanic Gardens has a notable collection of aquatic plants. Here is a sample of what you may see in our ponds when you visit us. |
